The American Board of Orofacial Pain is NOT a recognized specialty by the American Dental Association or the Ohio State Dental Board, however The Committee on Dental Accreditation is currently in the process of certifying orofacial pain graduate programs through the ADA which is stages of the process to develop certification as a recognized specialty.

Dr. Lark is an avid golfer, an amateur rock guitarist, enjoys long distance bicycle riding, is a film and art enthiusiast, and is a WWI and WWII history buff. He has a keen interest in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and has incorporated this genre into the design of the facility, seen below.
